Marketing Nitwit: Locknetics

Lets say your division is part of a large company. Lets say you have a nicely designed website using ASP database. That means that when you click on a link to one of your product categories, what happens? A PDF file opens, of course. Nitwits!

    Yeah...that's a pet peeve...esp. when there's no indication in the link that you're gonna get a PDF.

    I'd suspect you're seeing some personality conflicts at work here - maybe a fresh face web guy in a company that largely is still paper catalog-focused.

    Not unusual, sadly.
